Ok, so maybe Gandhi didn’t call and give me this wonderful recipe. Truth is this is a recipe my beautiful wife invented. Quiet tasty. Has an Indian flavor (the country India, hence my pic) 
With me working full time at my day job and us both doing our part-time home business; she has become quite inventive with quick delicious and low fat recipes. Kudos to you dear!

• 1 teaspoon Watkins curry powder
• 1 cup instant  Cous Cous
• 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
• 1 teaspoon Tony Chachere’e original Creole Seasoning
• a pinch of Watkins organic ginger
• a pinch of ground Watkins red pepper flakes
• 1 cup water or vegetable broth

That was the hard part, seriously! The rest is super easy. Guarantee this will soon be one of your favorite side dishes like it is ours. Here goes:

Add all ingredients to a pan or skillet except the Cous Cous. Bring to a boil. Stir in Cous Cous, cover and remove from heat. After 5 minutes fluff with a fork. (Told you it was easy!)
